  • Most of our products are Dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • All products leave here after going through a quality control check list to ensure satisfaction & success.
  • In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Demographic information such as address, town and postcode.
  • Information related to payments you complete with us.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery comes from Gold Coast area, please allow extra time to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and central Australia.
  • Premium courier service direct to your home or place of work. If no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card is left for you and the goods can be redelivered within a few working days or left at the closest depot to you, at no extra cost to you.
  • Some rural areas may be pick up from closest depot.
  • To some areas We May use Australia Post.
  • Please ensure that your postal address is correct. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you.
  • If a PO Box is your only shipping option, we may not accept this delivery option. (Freight companies generally like a street address for their deliveries)

Return policy

Should an item need to be returned, please return item within 7 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in the same condition as when you received them. Following these guidelines will ensure a full refund. On our receiving the goods we will then initiate a full refund. In some instances, up to $25 re-stocking fee “may” apply.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.

Custom Made Items

When ordering a custom item, Steel Heart Forge are bound by the information in our correspondence via emails and pictures/diagrams that have been provided by you to fulfill your order, thereafter your payment shows you have agreed to an item being fabricated. We generally ask for 10 working days to complete a custom item. If there needs to be any variation to this time frame, you will be advised prior to your payment. As custom items have been built for you, to your specifications we are unable to offer a refund. Steel Heart Forge maintain the right to fabricate a custom item and replicate it in the future, unless asked by our client to not replicate, this should be requested in writing via email prior to your payment. This allows our client (companies) to have a product line fabricated solely for them, giving companies a security and a loyalty that’s lost in this crazy world.
